Selling with Channons
Channons offers a hassle free experience to selling your item at auction.
The first step is to get in contact with Channons either via email or telephone with complete item details. Channons will then discuss your lot(s) and retain the information on a 'Contract and Receipt' form. This document includes your instructions to sell the item and also acts as your receipt for the items you have consigned.
The document also contains important information about the price you are willing to sell each lot.
Channons offers three simple solutions:
-
No reserve
This means your item will be sold for the highest bid received with no minimum amount specified. -
Reserve
This means your item can only be sold once it reaches an agreed minimum value. -
Auctioneers discretion
This means your item can be sold at a value typically 10%-20% below an agreed figure with the auctioneers discretion.
Channons treats all bid instructions with the upmost confidentiality and the figures are never disclosed to any potential purchasers.
